Warranty
The warranty period for products is up to 36 months from the date of sale of the product.

The warranty applies:

For factory defects and hidden defects identified during installation or operation of the product within the established warranty period:
- Starters, alternators, spare parts for starters and alternators, radiators of cooling/heating/air conditioning systems, thermostats - 36 months
- Parts of cooling/heating/air conditioning systems (excl. radiators and thermostats), transmission parts, steering parts (excl. tie rods, ends and dampers), electrical parts (excl. starters, alternators and spare parts therefor), parts of the windshield wiper system (excl. wiper blades) - 24 months
- Wiper blades, belt drive parts, jacks - 18 months
- Brake system parts, tie rods, ends and dampers - 12 months
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear:
- Friction linings, brake pads and clutch discs
- Brake discs and brake drums
- Rubber Strip Wiper Blades
The warranty is not provided:
- When using the product for other than its intended purpose
- In case of non-compliance with the rules of storage, installation or operation of the product
- In case of non-compliance with the routine maintenance of the product, as well as the part, component, assembly or system prescribed by the automaker or the manufacturer of the product, which includes or with which this product interacts
- In the event of a malfunction of a part, assembly, assembly or system that includes or interacts with this product
- When using technical fluids and fuels and lubricants that are not provided for by the design of the unit, assembly or vehicle for which this product is intended
- In the presence of mechanical damage to the product: cracks, chips, dents, etc.
- If there are signs of modification or repair of the product
Buyer's actions when returning a defective product during the warranty period
If the malfunction of the product manifested itself during the established warranty period, while the buyer did not violate the terms of the warranty, he applies to the trade organization that sold the product:
- draws up an application in a free form indicating the reason for returning the product
- attaches the defective product and the receipt, if it has been preserved.
The trade organization considers the application, and in case of recognition of the malfunction as a factory defect or hidden defect, it produces*:
- refund of the amount paid for the product
or
- replacement of the product with a similar one
*if the receipt indicating the date of sale and the amount paid is lost, it is only possible to replace the product with a similar one, if the date of production is applied to the product in the factory way.
In some cases, the decision to recognize the malfunction of the product as a factory defect can be made only after a technical examination.
If the trade organization has ceased to exist or refuses to accept the buyer's application/recognize the case as a warranty case without providing a written justification, the buyer shall contact the e-mail address warranty@eltra.ru
